We create long and short term process and outcome goals so our program has a direction guided by the athlete and the coaching staff.
We then use an online coaching program to create daily training that allows you to reach, then exceed, that potential.
If the athlete chooses an individualized program they will have access to both coaches for communication, general nutrition advice and specific training, gym and performance programming through a group chat with Coach KT and Josh.
